Panchoo,

Changing the dimensions of the Keystone sub as you describe would require a total redesign and empirical testing to determine the best shape and placement for the new exit dimensions and increased internal volume.

After doing all that, you would have something that fits the footprint of your current subs, but still may not be a good choice to mix well with them, due to differing phase and frequency response.

What’s the dimensions of the keystone sub and what other good single speaker options are there that will outrun a good dual 18 reflex
The Keystone sub is 45" tall, 26.5" wide, 22.5" deep.
Although it's sensitivity and frequency response is roughly the same as a dual 18" JBL SRX 728, because of the larger Xmax of the BC18SW115 compared to the drivers used in the 728, it has greater output potential, though not quite +6dB as Zwiller suggested.
All your questions are addressed in the Keystone thread:
Keystone Sub Using 18, 15, & 12 Inch Speakers

Other single driver 18" tapped horn subs include Josh Ricci's Othhorn, which has more extended low frequency response in a larger, more difficult to build design, or XOC's TH18, a smaller design similar to a DSL TH-118.
