Hi Minidsp , how long is average shipping time to Portugal of the 10x10 in a box ? do you use shipping companies like UPS TNT SEUR ? i already had a case of a lost parcel , by luck it was returned to sender in UK . Thanks

You'd be looking at circa 4-5days but it all depends of custom clearance. 4-5working days is typical, sometimes over the week end if it's shipped at end of week end. This is shipped with a tracking number via Express and with EMS service. Not sure how a Portuguese adress would end up in UK though? With the tracking number we can always know where it is... very low reports of lost parcels for the past 3years we ship with this method.
