I have found some doctors are very casual in their approach, so a second opinion is at times beneficial.
In India, a Neurologist has at least 11.5 years of medical school and training, so you are dealing with some very intelligent people, medical school admissions are about 1 in 10,000 applicants here.
A movement disorder specialist is a Neurologist who has gone through special training during the Neurology course in medical scholl, off hand I think we have less than 500 in my populous country. They are worth finding, they are experienced...
