I just tore down a daewoo l510b1 and thought it might help someone here I got it from ebay with an almost completly dead backlight cathode, total price - $26.50 shipped
Monitor Type Flat Panel LCD TFT (Active Matrix)
Size 15"
Contrast Ratio 350:1
Max. Resolution 1024 x 768
Brightness 250 cd/m
Dot Pitch 0.3 mm
Color Depth 24-bit (16.7M Colors)
Start by removing the two phillips head screws holding the base to the monitor
next remove 1 screw to show the bases mounting bracket
remove bracket and case screws
now the plastic cover just unsnaps
remove the screws - remember to remove the monitor cable screws
unclip these to remove metal shielding
simple as that
I also have the Daewoo Service Manual if anyone would like it or has a place to host it.
