Do not use my calculations, they are not correct. Wait for Patrick to provide the correct values for each resistor.

For RickRay MOSFETs :
R1 = 10k
R2 = 10.2k
R3 = 6.2k
R4 = 5.6k

R3t, R4t are only meant for fine trimming in circuit.

Update - I have enough information to start the process. Each set will consist of 2- ZVP4424 matched within .003mV, 2- ZVN3306 matched within .003mV, 2- R1 10K, 2- R2 10.2K, 2- R3 6.2K, 2- R4 5.6K. Cost is $10.00 per set and $10.00 shipping. The initial cost estimate was for half the number needed and did not include the eight resistors.

Update - The sheet sent with the MOSFET's has the values of each MOSFET written down. The N-Channel are 2.______, meaning 2.***Vgs. The P-Channel are 1._____, meaning 1.***Vgs. The MOSFETS themselves just have the last 3 numbers on them.
