How do I pull down a listing that is no longer valid? Is the only way, to request the Moderator to do so? Thanks, John (nt)

Most choose to post that it's sold and no longer available. You could also modify your first post with words to that effect.

We have been asked to close such threads on occasion, but it's not usually necessary.
