Those are unique to the Ren 80/90 and the later Sigmas and Omegas. I'm pretty sure they are no longer available through Infinity. There is someone that is looking into reproducing the diaphragms but I haven't seen any updates regarding them in the past couple weeks. Your best bet currently is to search the usual places online and see if a used one pops up.
