New Issue "Jump to new" isn't

An existing thread can have a "Jump to new" button at top-right.

This does not do what it says on the button.

In my experience it is always "jump to LAST".

The first "New" can be several or many posts earlier.

This is wrong but I hate to cry "bug!" We already know this platform is hard to change.

Thanks for the report all the same. You know how it is, it could be purely cosmetic or it could run deeper. I've noticed pages not landing right as well.
