Looking for simple tube output stage

Try to read about tube circuits first, after that look for, and decide on a single ended low power circuit.
For any meaningful output power the voltages are in the 200-300V range
Before building anything read up on how to work safely, without electrocuting yourself or anybody else.
Google is your friend :)
Maybe you can find a "Radio Bastelbuch" from K.H. Schubert, or something equivalent , that should help to get started

How much power do you need? You can get maybe 5 watts from a Class A amp, which could be one output tube. For more than that you'd want push-pull (Class AB). A power amp will need a few hundred volts DC. The biggest problem will be finding the appropriate output transformer. Here's a starting point:

a amp would be a completely different beast, i was talking about a tube buffer between dac and amp :) but i would probably need atleast 50W for some headroom

after my dac build is done i might DIY some speakers, then i would also need a dedicated amp, i currently have active speakers (studio monitors)
