Are you going to be listening to amplified dog whistles or music? I suppose a lab amp which might get used for testing loudspeaker drivers might see high sustained-ish power at 20 KHZ too, and would need some beef in the zobel. But the thread title did say “everyday use”.

No that power is only what is passing throught the capacitor. Reactive effect. If you multiply it with the loss factor you will get a hint of what the heating of the capacitor can be.
