Because my Stax SR-404 Limited is now one year in his box without using...
...i start a new project, based on the fabulous circuit from Andreas Rauenbuehler on high-amp.de
The Transistoramp V4.0
My pcb´s are ready and now i am collecting the parts.
A set of wonderful teflon Stax Pro and Normal jacks, i´ve got from a group buy on Head Case.
So stay tuned...

looks like a nice amp and i'll definitely be following your progress, but the comments saying
leave me cold and I switch off and stop listening when someone talks like this of their own work. the DIY T2, Blue Hawaii and KGSS are IMO superior ES headphone amplifier designs. if comparing SS to SS the KGSS is much more sophisticated...at many times the price yes, but all the same, he does not give any limitsQuote:The very fine resolution of this amplifier has reached a level that will easily outplay every other amplifier out there.
