This is the measurement of the Rs of a 5.12 mH inductor. Note the significant rise in the series resistance vs frequency for the solid copepr wire vs the relatively flat litz reading.

I believe the 10/20khz bump in the litz coil may be a consequence of the interwinding capacitance.
