One tray cut in half with the edges removed forms the front and back panels. Tried tinsnips but ended up using a dremel and several cutting discs.
The panels are then marked using the Powerpoint templates, and drilled for connectors, indicators, mounting holes and ventilation patterns. This took some time, precision and a lot of patience.
