Here's a full and complex design tool for calculating the SMPS transformer based on a push-pull , half-bridge and full-bridge topology .
It has many pop-up tips to help you to use it and correctly paste the values.
I think that it'll be very useful for many of you , as for the beginners and so as for the guru of DIY. :wiz:
Enjoy it !.

Thank you, boy. I suggest to add some calculator for output inductor design, and why not any for new topologies as quasi resonants. But is only a suggestion.

Good job.
Hi Osvaldo!
I'm not the author of the program , the author knows english a little🙂 , but has more knowledge in мagnetic materials.

It's the first translated prog.
The series consists of :
toroid (ironpowder , coolmu , etc) core inductor calc.
other core inductor calc.
booster
flyback
forward
and smth more🙂

Thank you for your patience, i am a noob in smps, and trying to build a push pull psu: 12v to +/-40VDC, using a R80 core from kaschke.
Considering that in reality we have multiple mosfets in paralel , is that value(Rds on) value still useful?
I mean: i input a value of 0.4mili-ohms , that value represents the Rds-on equivalent for the group of paralleled mosfets, correct?
Again, thank you for your patience and explications.

I find some non linear increase in what core power is rated at given freq.
let's say, at 50k it has 2kw, at 55k it has 2.1k, but at 60k it jumps to over 3kw

for now, I can't be more specific... how is this possible?

Hi Luka !
What kind of core do you apply ? 3kW it's no joke 😕
And what is the supply ?
Can you provide a screenshot of your research ?
