I like to think that I'm fairly open to considering new approaches, however, the only thing I can perceive your topology as doing is further loading the output amplifier. I don't see how any common-mode noise would be canceled. A simple differential amplifier configuration will do that.

if you have a balanced amplifier
it takes a minute
to connect a resistor in the output
