I connected the battery (4.2V) to the correct pin number, but the LED does not light up
and Bluetooth is not found.

OP, can you make sure that the pins you soldered match with the datasheet?
Then, once you have, make the wires short enough so they can never short, and hook up the wires that the datasheet describes as required for battery operation. The pin descriptions below have more description; or search for 'battery' in the datasheet (ctrl+f)
You don't just wire these up and expect them to turn on. The SYS_CTRL pin is used to wake them up and how this behaves is dependent on the way the module is configured.
