I'm looking for some suggestions for good tweeters similar to these. They, unfortunately, aren't shipped to my country, so I was looking for any alternatives that may actually ship to where I live (The UK). I'm looking to build a powerful directional speaker array built with 4 tweeters which would've been the aforementioned tweeters, so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a machine like this?

I'm not sure that any piezo tweeters are really good, but they are nearly indestructible and inexpensive. Try Aliexpress.

good quality piezo tweeters can work well and due to their characteristic, can achieve voltage sensitivity of around 103dB for 2.83v input when driven with a step-up transformer.
LeSon piezo tweeters have a built in stepup coil and are usually smoother than generic copies of CTS/Motorola.
The late Dennis Kleitsch / "DJK" gave suggestions on using piezo with stepup transformers. MMJ has covered that too in a thread with Brian Steele's "Frankenpiezo".

Thanks for the awesome recommendations! Though, what would you mean by smoother? I failed to mention that the array I'm building is for a sort of makeshift LRAD for deterring animals and trespassers, so smooth sound doesn't exactly matter too much to me.
Also, I'd like your opinion on this. It is far pricier, but it seems to be a good bit more powerful and therefore more suited to my cause.

Your best bet is the lemon juicers. You can leave them outside. The bullet tweeter is not near as rugged. Piezos are meant for the job. Don’t be concerned with quality. It’s almost an oxymoron with piezos.
how large will your array be and what is the driver?
In parallel and at VHF the capacitor nature of the piezo will look like a dead short so you could have a resistor of 30-56 ohm per piezo or if they are tied in parallel banks, one resistor per bank

Forgive if I'm missing something but I checked the shipping on your linked auction and the country that was preset was Germany. Changing it to the UK (not on the excluded list) and asking for rates came out positive. ($20.34 and $2.40 for each additional item.)
Ah, thanks for this info. What do you mean by "the lemon juicers" though? Are you referring to a previously linked/mentioned tweeter because I can't seem to find anything?
My array is quite small, just two tweeters stacked onto each other, on both sides, within a 3D printed container. By driver, do you mean the shape of the enclosure that houses the actual speaker, EG: horn, cone, etc; apologies, I'm not very speaker savvy.
Thanks for the circuitry recommendations and that's certainly an interesting story! I hope the UPS driver wasn't too frightened by the faraway noise!
I'd be fine paying the delivery cost if the product was of higher quality and therefore more expensive; I don't know, I'm just not too keen on paying 1.5x the price of a product for its delivery when there could be better prices/products out there. Apologies for not mentioning these things before.

The monacor mpt-165 piezo tweeter was praised in the german magazine "hobby hifi" (january 2022) for its low distorsion above 4 khz. They also suggested stuffing the back chamber to lower resonances and thd.

They don't actually make good lemon juicers. And they are no-good for tweeters after the paper diaphragm is juice-soaked.
Since they are not actually indestructible you can find dead ones, pull off the drivers, and use them for lemon juicers. Even with the proper high pass filter they do have limits. Not that hard to find when you’re used to using 2” exit 3 or 4 inch coil compression drivers for tweeters which can play a lot louder before they die.
