What is kicking around these days in a TO220 package MOSFET pair that are good drivers for the KSA100 circuit?
I see NOS and fakes all over for audio use but is there a utility N & P pair that are great for this circuit off the distributor shelf?

I have read that if using BJT's for both drivers and output, it is advantageous to independently cool the drivers very generously
actually helps with bias stability and assists in the prevention of 'thermal runaway' > IS THIS CORRECT ?
