200W MOSFET CFA amp

I am getting ready to build the 200W version of this amp this year - hopefully. I have two questions:

1. What current gain group would you recommend for the BD139/140 BJTs - 10 or 16?
2. What are your thoughts about using a switching power supply with the amp - something like Hypex SMPS1200A700 (63Vdc 100 kHz switching frequency)

Lbud4, I use 16 but 10 is OK too.
No problem to use switching power supply, I use it in my 100W CFA ClassA+ClassB amplifier with wery good result.

Behind your switching power supply, do you add capacitors, or even a CRC system?
If yes, what value for your 100W amp at 63V?

Be careful, not every smps accept additional capacitors behind,some not start at all because of over current protection activation.

I do not have intetion to offer any more PCbs for this amp, but here are gerbers for 200W CFA board, balance addin board and PS regulator board.
Have a nice time building and enjoy listening this powerful amplifier.
