To update the thread, my actual work in progress : Monitor Seas CA22RNY + Audax TW034 in a 35 l BR
Crossover is LR24 at 2 Khz active version with Najda DSP.
They are powered by two module Sure TPA3116, cheap and very good !
I'm working on a passive version of the crossover.

Design inspired by few other : Tired two way by Salas, Quattro by TG and Pro 21 classic monitor Hobby Hifi.
Thanks to all of them :)

That looks very nice indeed, Pascal. :)

You can't kid yourself, there are some issues with this 8" plus tweeter combination. Mostly time alignment and bass cone breakup. We really should be building three ways to solve them. I don't know if a BW3 response would work best with your 2kHz crossover on a tweeter waveguide. Maybe.

Below is my current 3kHz LR4 XO ideas for your sort of speaker on that lovely KEF reverse polarity idea. Attenuation, tweeter Zobel and shunt bass impedance is a bit of a moveable feast. The 22R/0.33uF tank is acting around 7kHz to take out some bass cone breakup. About the best we can do here.

BTW, the third image is with a metal SEAS tweeter. OK with a Zobel, I find.
