Guess I better bring my long-johns. It was almost 95 the past couple of days here in Cascadia.
our little weather station with outdoor sensor logged a 31.4 Celcius on Wednesday - but as Cal noted earlier, and we certainly experienced this afternoon, the weather can change in a matter of a few hours
climate - different story - our kids are kinda snookered there friends
ie 35 in conventional units.

Hi,
Other than Cal's request for some drivers I haven't heard from anyone else about wanting me to bring something for them. I have stuff at or below cost available so let me know.
Bob
PS I'm bringing VWR126X and LD25X for the raffle, not sure about SDX10s.
for those of who haven't got a chance to hear these yet, will you have a working pair?

Yes, that's the plan but given the on going health issues for Al they may not get done.

As I mentioned. I'm in need of subwoofage. It's looking more and more bleek for any chance of me coming though

More bleak than it already was? THAT'S BLEAK!

Hi,
I'm bringing one of these SUBSDX7FIN. If it is liked by people who are there that you trust (assuming the bleakness continues) I can give you a deal.

Thanks, but I was thinking more along the lines of 2 or 3 Trio 12s. Just need the raw drivers. If you don't have anything, that's fine. I'll hit you up next time
Nice looking sub though, first I've seen that on your site.
There are a few TRIO12s left so if you really want to go that way make me an offer.
They're being discontinued? How many do you have left?
Yes, we're working on both an SDX12 and the SDX15 Mk II. I think we're down to about a dozen.
I am getting nervous about the weather. 40% chance of showers on Sunday. Open truck, speakers, and rain don't mix.
At least it's looking good for Saturday! I guess not any consolation for you Cal as you'll be travelling back Sunday? Perhaps the rain will hold off until later in the day.

I should have some room. Don't you have a tarp of some kind? I can also bring some plastic shrink wrap, nearly 14" wide.
Well it's a 30% chance for Vancouver today but looking out my window they missed that mark by exactly 70%.
No problem, I have lot's 'o' tarps, the problem is the speakers I was planning to bring are big and have lotsa paper cones. Looks like I may have to revert to plan B as I'm not going to risk that many drivers in one go.
Thanks very much for the offer Bob but they take up 25 cu ft between the two. I imagine that would put a rather large dent in your available space yes?

I wasn't thinking monsters! However, wouldn't the shrink wrap protect them? Or is it a matter of overall possible moisture level?
Or is it a matter of overall possible moisture level?
Yes, and the possibility of a mistake in the wrapping.
I just don't think I want to take that kind of chance. I might have to bring something else.
Both Enviro Canada and Weather Network are showing 40% for Victoria on Sunday.
