I have a Hybrid PB 15" Active Speaker.
It has 2 input xlr channels and a Speakon Amp out port.
The speaker blew due to an electrical surge. I replaced the fuse, Replaced all 4 transistors (2x A1941 and 2x C5198) I replaced 2 R100 resisters (brown black brown gold) but still no sound. I also replaced 5W 0.20 ohm resisters.
Speaker Powers up but the Relay does not click. If I connect a audio source into the speaker the speaker does not play but if I connect another powered speaker to this speaker using the line out port , the connected speaker plays which means the Inputs are fine and the output line out is fine but the Speakon Amp out doesn't play or power an external speaker and the internal sub and tweeter don't play.
Capacitors don't look popped.
What else can be causing the relay not to even start up.
Hybrid does not release the speaker schematic to the public.
Attached is a image of what the board looked like when the 2 resisters blew (R100 brown black brown gold) and the second image is what the amp board looks like.

Welcome to the forum!
I don't think we can get very far in the troubleshooting without access to a schematic and test equipment.
However, I'll give your thread a bump.
P.S. Your first two images are much too small to make out any details.

The relay is possibly protecting the drivers from a large DC voltage. I would look at the input side of the relay and see what the voltage is. You likely have not yet found all the shorted transistors. If the output device blew, it is likely that the driver transistors are also blown. I would also look for a shorted capacitor that may have been the initial fault.
Thanks for the response. I'll upload better quality images. Up to this point i've replaced:
The 4 Main transisters , The 0.22 ohm resisters , the R100 resisters and The 63v 3300 uf capacitors
This surge happened to 2 of my speakers, same model.
Speaker 1 comes on and theres no sound ,
Speaker 2 comes on and plays but even at a low volume is distorted and sounds blown, but i've checked the sub and tweeter and thought the capacitor was responsible but i swapped that out as well, speaker continues to play like its blown.
Please see the new images i took of Speaker 2 which plays but has distortion from the get go and advise what else i can check.
In terms of how bad the distortion is, its on a level wher ethe song can barely be heard , its not a buzz , its crackling in the sound.

This video shows a guy working on a similar amplifier. He looks up the data for each transistor and tests the base - emitter and base - collector junctions. He also verifies the relay is working. See that the power supply voltages look good and symmetric. Look at the bias on each transistor for clues. If it is distorting, some transistor bias may be off or shorted.
So i managed to resurect one of the 2 speakers, it sworking 100% i replaced the transisters and 2 resisters and boom it worked, however
Speaker 2 stil giving me grieve , and i Had my transisters getting very very hot , no relay click and popped a 5551 transistor so waiting for the public holiday to pass so i can replace all 5551 transisters and 5401 transisters and a1941 and c1598 transisters , if that doesnt work pray is my next guess
