I've bought the FX-502SPRO, a very nice and surprising amplifier.
I understand I can replace the ne5532 with another model and to achieve a different sound.
I'm looking for another OAMP with a warmer sound and more weight in the low frequency.
Any recommendation?

I recommend you retain the '5532, it is a superb and greatly under rated opamp. If you replace it for a different sound you are simply wasting your money. An opamp swap WILL NOT change the sound of your circuit unless the replacement is flawed.
Get a pair of Cinemag instead, seriously. 🙂
Good idea or alternatively lower the impedance of your opamp power supply with extra caps. The sound of an opamp is largely (not entirely) the sound of its power supply.
Your trying to improve this $90 digital amp by replacing a classic opamp?

The NE5532A is a fine opamp. If you replace it with something else you may introduce instabilities due to the way the circuit is designed. This will ruin your sonic experience. Unless you understand the circuit and its requirements this is thoroughly discouraged. But if you did then you wouldn't have had to ask this question in the first place.
Remember, the content you listen to right now has gone through scores of NE5532 opamps. Changing one of them will not make one iota of difference.

Do share your PSRR measurements.
Happily, if you can show how more supply filtering will change the performance of that amplifier in any meaningful way. I'm willing to bet the 5532 is not the weak link in the chain, they are capable of stunning performance even with a basic supply.

Spot on, on all counts.

What does 'any meaningful way' mean here?
What does 'any meaningful way' mean here?
Surely if the change can't be reliably picked in a blind listening test the change is not meaningful? Why throw money at a modification to hear no change in a blind test?

So if the change is due to placebo its not meaningful? Nope, don't buy that for an instant.
I'm more than happy to accept the benefit a placebo offers in the listening room, be it a beautiful looking amplifier, cables or perhaps a stunning hifi rack, but swapping out an opamp for placebo effect? Really???
You're the one who brought up placebo.

Hi
the FX-502spro is discussed here:
TPA3250 somebody is listening?
the NE5532 is a fine opamp but at the chinese board in the fx502spro there are fake opamps. so any change the a genuine op amp is better then the fake ones.

Sure, I understand the word 'placebo' that's not at issue. I can't make sense of anyone doing anything 'for placebo'.
