Why not thinner the legs with abrasive paper? Done it with great success in the past

@ad010685 That's a great idea actually, didn't know that was a thing. I don't have any sandpaper around unfortunately. I do have a file I could try, but that might not be as good. Could probably pick up some sandpaper. Any particular grit that you'd recommend?

Here's the case I put together. Made some dumb mistakes (like making the power switch hole in the wrong place so I had to make it again), and there's a bunch more tweaks I want to do (I replaced the input caps (again) with Nichocon caps which are even better (though the difference is small), but now I'm going to move back to the power supply, which was delayed because I accidentally blew up the transformer and had to buy another one. However, I have it all set and the case drilled and so it should be ready soon.

Can I use lsj74 quad with idss value of 11.4ma?
In this case, should I increase ccs value to more than 10ma?

@byongho Yes, you can use higher Idss J74, the CCS will control the current, make no changes.

@6L6 pointed out that hot gluing the IEC connector on the power supply is dangerous because hot glue is flammable and short could light it up. So guess I'm redoing that.
