Hello,
I just got an Audio Research D 100B amplifier with some bad output transistors. They look like Motorola's in TO3 Can and I would very much like to know witch type they are .
Your help would be very welcome.
Regards René.

Here's the schematic on the Audio Research database (not related to Audio Research, but an invaluable tool nonetheless):

My guess is that you could probably use MJ15003 and MJ15004 -- I have a similar D-120 with those proprietary opamps -- one channel is shot -- will get to fix one of these day.

Thanks jackinni,
So your guess is that they are the good old MJ15003/4, I shall order them today and try to get the amp running again.
