BSS110 P channel Mosfet in matched pair?

Hi all,

I am looking, without success, for a matched pair of 2 P channel MOSFets in the same case. They should have similar characteristics as BSS110 Mosfet. Could anyone help?

I've only seen what you are asking for in BJT although my experience is very limited. Soundstream used something like you are describing in their older car amplifiers, which is a 6-pin package with two independent, yet thermally coupled, BJT's.

Something like the above only with two P-ch fets similar to BSS110?

The only actual matched dual MOSFETs that I know of are those made by ALD. They are all low-voltage parts though, not like BSS110.

For jkrokenberger: sorry, I need 2 P channel MOSFets, not a NPN-PNP pair

For Mr Evil: I checked ALD website. There are 2 things I don't like:
1. the devices shown have a low VDS voltage, about 10 V;
2. the output capacitance is too high in comparison to BSS110

Anyway, at the end, I was able to find the BSS110 in SMT version. The P/N is BSS84. It is produced also in a dual P channel version. Its P/N is BSS84DW from Diodes Incorporated https://www.mouser.it/datasheet/2/115/ds30204-88131.pdf

There's nothing in the BSS84DW datasheet about matching, so they are probably like almost all other dual MOSFETs: no better matched than a pair of single MOSFETs from the same batch, except for the thermal coupling.
