can BB PCM63 chip be faked?

Hi All,

Just wanted to know if the PCM63 dac chip can be faked? is there any direct replacement dac chip for it so it can be "rebadged" as a PCM63 ?
If not then how is it possible that there are so many Chinese suppliers for this rare dac chip? (PCM63)
