It's very informative.
Keep in mind that Cgs is bootstrapped in a source follower configuration. 15-20mA/pair mosfets should be enough. One thing about the planer stripe fets that I like is that they require a bit less charge/Id yet are still rugged enough to use as outputs, unlike Trench types. The capacitance graph in the datasheet is a giveaway as to which type it is.
