But we are talking about the CK2III headphone amp here with +/-15V rails.

don't have a schematic, but looks there are plenty of caps installed onboard close to TO220 regulators

The 220µF electrolytics are too far away and too high ESR for me to ensure stability.
But that is just me not wanting to take chances.

so far no issues with stability reported with GRM series output caps, but overheating is a common problem, I can send my board to you for the test (if you can do the same)

I have my own LT3045_78xx_TO220 boards, and I have both GRM & GJ8 caps.
So I know how they perform.

All credit to you to offer this product.
And it is all transparent as to what the buyer gets.
So they can make their own decision.

Most probably with your board only, but the pcb layout and the build quality also important.
