Output stage with IR2111 driver
Can be use for subwoofer amp (5-200Hz)
I need more references like this Onkyo and Sony, or diy class D amp like this 555-based Class-D amplifier - YouTube
This Onkyo implementation of a comparator looks quite interesting...
perhaps some details of the circuit topology about

could be helpful.

hello apex ,if it's a diy design maybe you will share with us the pcb and schematic off the amp
here is what i achived so far (2 years of work)

I remove thermal and DC protect, XLR input, low cut filter, limiter.... from commercial product to made DIY class D amp on single side pcb. I will share final schematic and pcb after test.
Can you share your schematic?
Can you share your schematic?
hello, yes i can share my schematic it's a DIY one and it's not mine
the PCB you presented is not complex

Hi Apexaudio
greetings nice Dclass amp any substitute for diode BAT 85 hope
tests are good so diyers can build it
warm regards

Simple 25W class D amp from 'Practical Electronic' Magazine.
Good circuit and good idea, simple circuit but very inspiring.
Voltage for driver suply +15V up to -HT can be realised with this simple circuit.
it is revised crest audio circuit.original schematic protect function not good.

Hi Apexaudio
greetings thanks cant wait to make it never made any d class amp
i guess always a first time hope things work out good

There are often issues with discrete class d amplifiers.
I have built my own design and seen a few others and i now stick to the irs2092.
The 2092 takes care of clipping and feedback better than a discrete solution.
If you arent going to push the map hard then a discrete class d amp might be fine, if you are going to push it hard then I would avoid discrete cass d.

I would have used two xor gates on the high and low inputs to keep rise and fall times the same. Use one xor as buffer and the other as an inverter. With the current setup you might get some overlap.

Start with simple SODA circuit, like this
