can somone tell me why will my crown 3600 will get very hot after about 15 minutes and then distort .... i have it on 2 ohm load
That’s about the right length of time for the amp to overheat and switch to the lower rail voltage (and stay there till it cools down). That would be normal, if you are driving it hard. If it happens at low signal level it could be running hot from over bias - which would make the ODEP circuit think it’s being overloaded and do the same thing.

matters not if you have a load that is unstable...or varies over frequency...
the best amp in the world can't deal with that...no matter what protection scheme....

for what conditions of operation????
the service manual test conditions are a far cry to real world loads....and expected operation...

just send me the bias check points and the bias voltages please
If you want factory recommended numbers, look it up in the service manual. Lacking other information (or in my designs) I set fully complementary triple emitter followers (which this is) for 3 millivolts across one of the output stage emitter resistors. May be lower than what the service manual recommends, but will get rid of gross crossover distortion and *not* run hot just idling.
There are *two* sides to the bridge on each channel, and the biases are independent.
Hi my crown 3600vz isn't getting no audio on both channels
The #2channel alone was playing now both channels are dead
