If 99% of the amplifier power is wasted as heat and friction only 1 % of the energy input is emitted as sound.
What % of the 99% wasted energy is heat in the voice coil and what % is frictional losses in the spider and surround?
How would one calculate this?

Quick reply: Almost all of that energy is wasted as heat in the voice coil.

The calculations you ask about is again complex and not often done because it is of limited practical interest (to us engineers!) - as implied above, just about negligible. Values may partly be deduced from the Thiele-Small parameters but again that also involves acoustic parameters. Academically one will also have to consider 'heating/cooling' the air because of compression/rarefaction energy (though those may pretty well cancel out), etc.
