With spotty you can use Spotify connect, suppose it can be done with a free account.
What is Spotify connect, it's not in plugins. With spotty you can use Spotify connect, suppose it can be done with a free account.

how to stream Apple Music via AirPlay (from iPhone/iPad/iPod to Daphile)?
Thank you.
Hello to everyone! Really looking for help with adding my music folder to Daphile. I mean, it seems like it's not a big deal and everything should be obvious, but the path that I wrote in Stirage settings of Daphile, simply shows nothing in it.
I'm using stable build (not demo), installed on SD card, running from mac mini 2010 from build in cardreader. The path I'm trying to add located to main system HDD of mac mini.
Other thing is that my main music library, located on USB HDD, connected to mac mini, can't be even added, as this HDD shows in the Storage settings under "Initialize new data drive" with suggestion to format it.
Both HDD (internal and external) formatted under Mac OS.
Will be highly appreciated for your help!

It appears that you are running from the Live Daphile media....(you downloaded it and burnt to the sd-card then booted ?) and as such settings cannot be saved.
You need to use the live media to install Daphile... this can be to a spare USB flash drive which you can then boot from and settings will be able to be saved...such as your music sources.
Here are the install instruction link and FAQ... both are on the main Daphile webpage.

Thanks for the reply, but I did fully install the Daphile from USB flash to SD card. It is saving all settings with no problem, but simply don't want to show the files from my internal HDD.
Have a feeling that the reason is somewhere around Mac OS file system of the HDD...

can anyone name a wireless adapter that Daphile will recognize? Thanks
Any that can be recognized by Linux, it’s easier if you search by the chip inside the adapter to check compability, when I ooked some years ago most of the cheap ones could be used.

i have bought the above USB WiFi adapter and will report back when i know more, but i have also found one that is reported to work and if the above mentioned one does notwork i will purchase it and then post the name of it.We really need to compile a list of working adapters so that this process is a lot easier in the future. If you read this and have a working adapter (USB) then please post the name of it and i will keep track of them and post an updated list of these adapters on a regular basis so that it is easy to find for anyone else looking to use Daphile. Thanks
