DC resistance or impedance of output transformer?

The DC resistance can't be significant vs Ra in a well designed transformer as that is loss in power output . This should be explained just in terms of AC voltage drop on the load 5K + R primary . The B+ can be changed and readjusted if you want , but this loss is permanent .
For the original question 170ohm vs 5K is about 3,5% ... not an issue .
