Denon AVR 1306 protect fault

Hello,
Does any one know what are all the reasons an AVR would blink a red light for? I'm not talking about obvious reasons here like an output short, I need to know all the causes because seems like my AVR has some issues going on so I want to check every possible reason (A guide to which pins to check is appreciable)
It worked awesome for the last 10 years but a week ago it burned a capacitor (which I changed) and problems started cascading. I did everything I could do but now I'm stuck with the blinking light
Here is a list of things I tried:
Checking spk output for short
Resetting the AVR
Checking supply rails (all of regulators are within a tolerance of 5% or less)

For anyone reading this forum in the fututre:
The problem turned out to be a faulty silicon element which takes data from the main board regarding overload protect and dc offset protect and sends it to the CPU
After extensive searching and days of work and checking every single thing you can imagine I reached the output node of this circuit and pulled it up and the amplifier worked again
So if you have a protect fault in a AVR: Check if it's the right voltages everywhere
Check if there is DC offset or shorts or anything weird on your transistors
Check the output of the monitoring circuit which activates the protect function
In my case it was that the amplifier was intact but this circuit was failing to pull up regularly
