Hi! Im new to audio world. What to i need to make a speaker for phone/ boost audio with a d class amp. Can I use a pam8403 with a rechargeable battery and connect it to my phone using usb c to 3.5mm dac. Or should i buy a cheap pc speaker and connect the speaker part to the amplifier and then into the phone. Does it work like that. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Yes, get the audio from the 3.5mm headphone output from the phone. You may or may not retain the microphone function depending on the jack used. Can I use a pam8403 with a rechargeable battery ..
No, it is a bad idea to keep anything connected to the phone's USB like that, use separate battery as said above....and connect it to my phone using usb c ...
Also ok, but but obtaining power from the phone (USB) would drain the battery faster. Use mains power or separate battery pack for PC speaker ...Or should i buy a cheap pc speaker and connect the speaker part to the amplifier and then into the phone.
Thanks for the answer. So My phone does NOT have a 3.5mm jack. So if i power the amplifier through a battery i still cant connect it to my phone through usb c even with a DAC adapter?
Why not use a PAM8403 with BT, that way you're not tethered, and it can be used with other devices?

Ohh bluethoot? Does it really have that. Of course im getting it if it has that.
It does indeed have BT, plus it can run off a phone charger, or battery bank. For the €6 it'd cost (in France, not sure how much in Finland) it'd make a nice little first audio project with little financial risk...
Go do it!

So can I just buy a cheap pc speaker and take the speaker part and connect it to the output ports in the amplifier or does the amplifier alone boost my phones speakers audio.
You'll need to connect a suitable set of speakers to the speaker ports on the amplifier. As a first build, and to keep it simple, I'd use something like these (I've used them in a couple of simple builds, for which they're fine, and you don't have to build boxes for them):
Speaker Option 1
If you want to go for something better, the choice is massive. You could, for example, use a couple of these, in a suitably sized cabinet/box:
Speaker Option 2
