I was using my oscope for that reading of 6.83, and my dmm for the 22v. I think I just dont have my scope set right is all.
If you connect a speaker to a channel and hold your meter on the same terminals, do you read significant AC voltage but still have no audio?
No audio. I noticed I see that wave form on anything I check in the amp from tl494 to the ic's and on all bjt's. Ive ran the calibration tool on the scope and it checks out. I run a 60hz note from the built in generator and it shows nice and smooth. Im baffled as to what is wrong, unless the tl494 is bad?
Explain how you can have 2.35v AC across the speaker (driven into the speaker) and have no audio.
