WTB Exicon ECW20N20/ECW20P20

As the title suggests I am looking for 2 pairs of either matched or not matched Exicon double die laterals for one of my amp builds. Please PM me and if within CONUS it would be good for shipping costs. I checked with profusionplc and they are out of stock for S marked ones till end of Feb/March when they are expected to have stocks. I am specifically looking for TO 264 package.

Their S(selected) devices are matched only P Channel with P Channel , and N Channel with N Channel, assuming your amp uses one pair of lateral mosfets for each channel then you don't need S version.

That is the only match possible, NN-PP.
The laterals are NOT true complimentary.

Well, if you want both channels to be exactly the same, and you are not relying on NFB, then you might still want NN,-PP matched quad.
At least I do.

Yes that’s one of the reasons I was looking at S marked ones which as you said @asuslover they are NN and PP matched and good enough for my build.

Have look item 14-----4x fet dual power 2x ALF16N + 2x ALF16P brand new from element 14 some years ago . Out of production since few years $95.
