Folded horn sub using Velodyne driver/amp

Hi, I have a Velodyne Impact 12BG sub with a rattling cabinet. I'd like to make a folded horn cabinet for the driver and amp and was wondering if anyone has a starting point I can use?

I am not a designer, but am very good with wood working and minor electronics

Need driver (preferably measured) T/S specs.

That may be a challenge- I have no tools for measuring that and all I can find on the woofer is a print of "velodyne 080623" and a sticker saying 4 ohm. checked the google and it did not have any hits there.

This is all moot now, powered up the plate amp and it appears dead- fuse is good but it thinks the amp is active with or without signal to the inputs.
