if it has polystyrene capacitors they will not be the same after - they have a very low heat distortion temp
Use an oven thermometer to ensure the oven is not too hot. Preheat it for at least 30 minutes to ensure a stable temperature. Leave in for two hours.
Regarding bedbugs, Wikipedia says
"An hour at a temperature of 45 °C (113 °F) or over, or two hours at less than −17 °C (1 °F) will kill them"
45 C should not harm your electronics and if you have a chest freezer, it is -20 C. Your fridge freezer may not go that low. I have bagged things and put them in the freezer to kill bugs. My fly fishing friends collect road kills for the fur and feathers and bag them and put these in the freezer.
But first google "red mite" and look at images. Mites are very common and nothing to worry about.

Hi everyone:
I took the receiver in question and tested it outside on my back patio. Output caps had leaked all over the place. Several resistors were fried. It was not worth repairing.
I just took the heatsink/heatpipe and the transformer out of it for future projects. The rest is going in the garbage.
Thanks for all your suggestions. I didn't know it was such a heated <bad pun> topic.

Just to be safe drink plenty of beer. It seems bed bugs don't like people with alcohol in there blood stream. Bed Bugs Avoid Blood With Higher Alcohol Content, Study Suggests
Just for future reference: 🙂
1. It doesn't have output capacitors, few amps made after the early 70's do. Those were the main power supply caps. One for each voltage rail.
2. They hadn't leaked, they were glued to the PCB to prevent shipping damage. This is standard practice and will be found in most amps with PCB mounted big caps.
