Could always put one of the new 18" Fane full-range in a reproduction Western Electric TA-4165 large conical-horn cabinet ? Simple to build, might have to build it on-site as it very likely won't fit thru any doors.
Efficiency would blow thru 105 Db I'm sure.

Duelund horn
