Getting ready to build new speaker backpack

I'm getting the parts together to build a new speaker backpack. My goal for this backpack is lighter weight, able to output 91db or greater with good sound and keep the functionality of the backpack. Is there any interest in me posting the build process ? I'm going to call it Boom-Pack. Don't know if I should post here since I am using full range speakers or in class D amps since I will be using a t-class amp? any suggestions ? Check out my old pack.

It plays realy well and loud. It uses four Visaton FR 13 8 Ohm driver, which aren't available any more :-( It is sort of line array so it is a bit directional, but that was the idea when I build it.
Amplifier is car audio 20W*2 and it was the one I already had, othervise I would use some D-class amp. Backpack is made from fiberglase. Weight is a bit more than 5 kg and it is very comfortable to carry.

Only found this photo of backpack when I got it back from painting (the colour was randomly selected, it was a free job by a friend and the deal was, paint it with wat you are working at the moment).

I am using 2 fostex fe126en 4inch full range speakers. I really like the sound I get with these, but they are a little heavy at 2.2 lbs each. For the amp I am using a topping tp22 t-class amp. Battery is currently an energizer xpal 18000a. The backpack is made by outdoor products, I like it because it has lots of pockets and is well built and is well padded. I use mine mostly skiing. But works great for camping, and the beach.

My goal for the new pack is to make it lighter. And keep the same audio quality of the current pack. I was thinking of calling it a boom-pack. ???

I'm using this driver, excepte it is a 8 Ohm version FR 13 - 4 Ohm
It is very light and if you use only two than it is Ok 4 Ohms.

And if you do it whit two it would be nice if it would be made in a way that you could separate boxes (each would have it's own box) to get real stereo and better coverage when you are statione.
