Help identifying this Mark Levinson board

Dear all,
is there anybody who can help me getting more information about this board? This belongs to a friend of mine who got in a kind of garage sale.
What I can easily understand is that it should be a converter board from a ML 30.5.

Looking at all the connectors it appears either a preamp including a DAC or a DAC.
We have an app here called 'Google' which can search for you and they say:

The used DAC module is the D20400(a) from Ultra Analog (according "Vasiltech.com")

I would like to know, what the service center from Mark Levinson do, when this potted D20400 module don't longer work.
