Hi
Actually the BF245 seems to be obsolete. There is a replacement (surface mount type) BF545, and I suspect that the BFW10/11 are also obsolete. But if you have them you should be able to use them instead of the BF245.

Cricklewood electronics ( UK ) has them at £2.82 ( UK ) -
Transistor Base Numbers BFxxxx | Cricklewood Electronics
But I suspect of Chinese origin but cant prove that --so far.

I don't know. Perhaps 2N5486? I think you can get them from Mouser in the USA. Don't know what's available in India.
BF245 can be replaced with BF245B, BF245C, 2N5457, 2SK117, MPF102, 2N5458, BF244A, BF256A, NTE457, J113, 2N3819. Other nearest Possible replacements are 2N4416, NTE312, 2N5638, 2N5640, 2SK162, 2SK518 (Always check pin configuration of the transistor you are replacing with the BF245.)

Many on that list are also obsolete.
About the only TO-92 device available from ON Semi is the BF256B. Intended for RF, but same process line as many of their JFETs including low noise devices.
On Semi list a few SMD devices e.g.SMD equivalents to 2N5484-5-6 (MMBF5484 etc), BSR57 and 2SK3666 for example may be suitable.
I'm using BF256B's in an amp without a problem.
