The prices I have been seeing seem a bit too good to be true, shipping is free over a certain $ amount and that seems to apply to Canada as well.

I had a look, th eprices i am familiar with have thes eat similar or a little more in euros vrs the same from the US in USD.

Yes they are not far off on some but have a pretty steep discount on some Scan Speak and then coupled with free shipping vs nearly $60 shipping for me to order from the USA... pretty big difference when you add it all up.

$290 US for 12MU at Madisound vs $230 US at this site. Saving me nearly $180 USD on a pair once you add in shipping!

I pay little attention to Scan drivers. I expect they will balk at free shipping from Finland to Canada. Or if they do, it will take 2-3 months or so wait.

I guess the sale just really lined up with the exact driver I was looking for. I am giving these guys a try.

Hopefully shipping from Finland doesn't take too long, but even if it does I am saving a fortune vs the alternative and it would be worth the wait. Thanks for the help.

You might want to check the actual import taxes for your country...

I could be totally wrong in that, just found it interesting.


I find it a little odd to see an Hypex DS1.2, that one has been out of production for years as far as I know.

You might want to check the actual import taxes for your country...

That would be based on country of manufacturing so those taxes will be the same if I buy from the US as well.

6 days from ordering to my door. Finland to small town NS, Canada! No complaints there, would have taken just as long ordering from within Canada and likely longer from the US.

I guess these guys are legit 🙂
