Is vcc v+ or v-?
also, my class D sub amp has rca ins while this preamp has just one channel. Can I just connect it either the right of left, or should I split the S and connected it to both right and left?

Normally Vcc is the plus or positive rail. Vss would be negative.
If your preamp has just one channel then it is mono. You can connect that to either L or R and leave the other one unused. You can also feed both inputs together (in parallel) if you wish.

These names are hangovers from TTL and NMOS logic chips. In PMOS Vdd was the negative supply just to be confusing! Just to be more confusing Vdd wasn't connected to the drains anyway, since there were load resistors between the drains and Vdd.
And of course in CMOS both rails are connected to symmetrical FETs (drain and source are identical, although substrate would typically be commoned with one of them like the source of a power FET), so you can't name them this way, but people do.
Another example, in ECL Vcc was ground, and Vee -5.2V
Basically its an accident of history due to people cargo-culting the names of power rails.
If you want you can run CMOS chips from Vdd=0V, Vss=-5V, to really confuse!!
Aside - was a positive-going edge in PMOS a rising edge or a falling edge? What did logic high/low mean? At least we don't have PMOS and ECL around to confuse us any more!

That class D seems to have only one output for the speaker, OUT- and OUT+, but two inputs.
Is there a summing between the two RCAs, so it expects L and R inputs?
Is the single output of the preamp you mention meant for a sub?
