Three modes of correction exits (that's all folks, we've to cope with it):
- backwards Euler (always to late), modern politics, current technology, diy approach
- forwards Euler (future telling, aka Merlin peeking), predict, labour, mastering, prophecy
- moving average (the best sofar, operational achievable) learn, improve, goal, zeal... hope (?)
Any modern audio amplifier relies on (local or overall) feedback.
The vacuum triode already prooved to be the golden sweet spot, but a better world loomed (the 'now').
Its very shortcoming is the key.

What readily available complementary Nch/Pch enhencement mosfet's are recommended as output devices?
And what readily available complementary Nch/Pch enhencement mosfet's are recommended as input devices?
Just mediocre types will suffice, datasheets are welcome to determine the supporting (E6/E12 series) resistors for the qubes.
(I do not know many mosfets as these came available after I finished my study years ago, and I'm not used to them.)

Looks good, for a better understanding, your compound does not produce the ideal transistor characteristics, which would be horizontal straight lines ?

The aim was to recreate triodes with semi's, but now available in N- and P-version (vacuum is only N).
J-fets, mos-fet's, bjt's of any kind, resistors only (20% is good enough), no strange/rare other components.
Suitable for low-, medium- and high-power semi's.
Compounds can be made with jfet+bjt, jfet+mos, mos+mos, mos+bjt, bjt+bjt, bjt+mos.
Notice the even distance of the curves of the compound.
Sweep is 10V, current is 6mA (=Idss): ouput resistance ('Ri')≈4kΩ, S≈6mA/V, µ≈10.
I have to make some leads, next are the 2N5461 (p-ch jfet) and a BC560C, then the 2N7000-twice compound.

My Accuphase E-202 uses Vfets in the input stage of its main amplifier circuit. It is a world class integrate.
are you sure they are v-fets?. I am not sure of any Kenny or Accuphase ever using v-fets, unless it is a DIY mod.
The SKA amplifier by Greg Ball was quite a popular vfet amp. I still use mine daily.
