I've printed various sizes, the ones I remember arewhat was the size of your multilayer and how much was the end charge for a number of pieces - as far as I know, PCB POWER was pretty chilling pricy for those who may not be doing it for GB and need only 2 or 3
there was one more chap from Gandhinagar do not recollect his name but had seen his add's on Instagram (prime i think ) - horrible communication and pricing
- 10" x 5", 4 layers => 5k p.u. in 2022.
- 14" x 11" 3.2mm , 4 layer, double thickness (3.2mm), double copper (70um) => 6k p.u. in 2015.
Also, several Gandhinagar-based fabricators seem to use similar addresses and quite possibly a centralised facility.
I don't know of Lion circuits but there're few other smaller fabricators (if Bangalore) who charge reasonably. However, their boards offer great value for money when it comes to testing, prototyping and iteration. These small-time people are best dealt with in person (rather than online) as their charges do not include transportation expenses.How about Lion circuits Bangalore? they seem to be more reasonable for the dual/multilayer-layer boards.
In my opinion, the best way to deal with this issue would be to combine several PCB designs into a single set of gerber files and ask for a panel with breakaway lines for easy separation. This method is frequently used by industries when a design involves multiple PCBs for example, a motherboard with power supply / front-panel display / keypad functions.PCB POWER was pretty chilling pricy for those who may not be doing it for GB and need only 2 or 3.....
