Marantz CD-4000 won't access CD

Hello, been 10 years since last time on this site. CD Changer powers, ejects, displays fine. Won't select a CD or play or read. There is an internal motor that runs constantly (CD Transport?) Any thoughts? I believe it's a main board failure on a control (CD Select) issue? Any thoughts?
