Try to seperate power lines (star connection for ground and 5v) for all circuits including servo's.

So even if I add the toriodial the earths can be common to the existing supply?

You will have to use ground somewhere or it wil be floating with unexpected results (in general bad).

Well got everything done and tested on the bench and finally installed today.
Done some listening tests and am very happy.

Looks good, may I ask what value film capacitors you used on the output of the op-amps?

And why are there still output caps ? These are not required if you build a servo as in the Marantz cd80.
